Wille is a technology industry veteran with over 20 years of experience spanning distributed systems, platform engineering, data engineering, ML/AI, and financial services compliance systems.
He has previously worked and consulted for organizations including Accenture, IBM, Sun Microsystems, the Financial Times, BBC, UBS, and Barclays Wealth Management. His direct experience with financial services regulation, including AML/KYC systems, gives him a rare combination of deep technical expertise and compliance understanding.
An early practitioner in the field, Wille built his first Natural Language Processing (NLP) system in 2008. He has since worked extensively with search and recommendation systems, real-time data analysis, and more recently with agentic AI systems.
Wille is the founder and builder of TruePlane, the control plane for enterprise AI agents, giving him the deepest possible understanding of how agent governance works in practice.
Beyond agent deployment, Wille helps engineering teams transform how they build software with AI — moving from basic AI-assisted coding to advanced practices like cognitive engineering and managing agent teams, unlocking 3–10x productivity gains.
His technical expertise spans Rust, Python, Go, Kubernetes, Kafka, and cloud infrastructure: the exact stack that modern agentic AI systems demand.

The Chaordic Philosophy
"Chaordic" is a term coined by former Visa CEO Dee Hock, combining "chaos" and "order." Hock used it to describe organisations that harmoniously blend elements of both without letting either dominate: self-organising yet purposeful, adaptable yet principled, powered from the periphery yet unified from the core.
This is not an accidental name choice. We believe the best systems, whether software, organisations, or AI agents, thrive in that productive space between rigid control and unchecked autonomy. Chaordic organisations learn, adapt, and innovate in ever-expanding cycles. They harmonise cooperation and competition. They liberate ingenuity while embedding just enough structure to keep things on course.
That tension is exactly what agentic AI demands. Agents need autonomy to be useful and governance to be safe. Getting that balance right is what we do.
